Farm-to-table is a new term, but it’s not a new concept. Our food system has become very complicated with competing research and cycling diet trends. Fed up with the noise and research required to simply eat healthy, we’re focused on an old fashioned approach: reconnect with your local farmer. Founded by a southern farmer turned NYC school teacher, we’ve built an urban farm and complimentary kitchen in Queens, NY that’s designed to bring fresh, local catering to NYC offices, schools, and institutions. Our goal is to help rebuild the very important connection between the farmer and the community.
