We collect information you give us directly and information collected automatically when you use the Site.

• Contact and project enquiries: your name, email address, company, and message.
• Newsletter sign-ups: your email address.
• Job applications: your name, email address, CV or resume, and any other details you include in your application.
• Usage data: pages visited, referring pages, time on page, clicks and scrolling, approximate location derived from your IP address, browser type, device type, and operating system.

We do not knowingly collect payment card details, government identification numbers, or other sensitive personal information through the Site.

We use personal information to:

• respond to enquiries, prepare proposals, and deliver the services you request;
• review job applications and contact candidates;
• send updates and articles you have subscribed to;
• understand how the Site is used so we can improve its content, performance, and security;
• protect the Site and our business against spam, fraud, and abuse; and
• meet our legal, accounting, and regulatory obligations.

Where the law requires a legal basis, we rely on your consent, on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, on our legitimate interests in running and growing our business, or on compliance with legal obligations.

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to measure traffic and understand how visitors use it.

• Google Analytics helps us measure visits, traffic sources, and conversions such as form submissions.
• Microsoft Clarity helps us understand how visitors interact with pages through heatmaps and session recordings. Clarity masks sensitive form inputs by default.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on. Blocking cookies will not stop the Site from working.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Site and our business, and only as needed for them to perform their services:

• Netlify, for website hosting;
• Sanity, for content management and storing enquiries submitted through our forms;
• Resend, for sending form notification emails;
• Slack, for internal notifications about new enquiries and applications;
• Google and Microsoft, for analytics as described above.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets.

Stackworx has offices in Pakistan and the United States, and our service providers may process data in the United States, the European Union, and other countries. When your information is transferred across borders, we take reasonable steps to make sure it continues to be protected in line with this policy.

We keep enquiry and client correspondence for as long as needed to respond, deliver services, and keep business records, and generally no longer than three years after our last contact. We keep job applications for up to twelve months so we can consider you for future roles, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and reputable service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. California residents may also request information about the categories of personal information we collect and how it is used. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.

To make a request, email us at sales@stackworx.co. We will respond within 30 days and may need to verify your identity first. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

The Site is intended for businesses and professionals. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

The Site may link to other websites, such as social media profiles and client sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites, and we encourage you to read their privacy policies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date above.
