Any services we provide, including technical audits, AI integration sprints, product builds, and dedicated team retainers, are governed by a separate written agreement, proposal, or statement of work signed by both parties. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement takes priority. Estimates, timelines, and results described on the Site are illustrative and are not guaranteed for any particular project.

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• break any applicable law or regulation;
• submit false, misleading, or unlawful information through our forms;
• upload files that contain viruses or other harmful code;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers, or related systems;
• scrape, copy, or harvest content or data from the Site by automated means without our written permission; or
• interfere with the operation or security of the Site.

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, designs, code, and articles, are owned by Stackworx or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share links to our content for personal or internal business purposes. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or republish our content without our prior written permission, except for short quotations with clear attribution and a link back to the Site.

Client names, logos, and case studies appear with permission or for factual reference and remain the property of their respective owners.

Ideas or feedback you send us without a signed agreement are not treated as confidential, and we may use them without obligation to you.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan, unless the law of your country of residence requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page and updating the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
